Gather your team and volunteer at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine with projects that support our branches and the greater community, such as facility odds and ends, summer camp and grounds clean up, outreach collection drives, and more. Join us as we prepare for the launch of our Community Garden! Volunteers are needed to help paint the Green House Bus, assist with gardening prep, and support general site setup. This is a hands-on opportunity to give back, beautify the space, and help bring a community resource to life. No experience required; just a willingness to help and have fun!

Come one come all to one of the best days of the year: Healthy Kids Day! Volunteers are needed with event set up, activities, and breakdown. The day is all about staying healthy while having fun with children and their families. Core hours are 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Click on the blue sign-up button below. During the event, we are also hosting a collection drive in collaboration with the Chester County Food Bank. Help Y staff create a fun activity for all during this community event. Help with set up, activities, and clean up. Check out the calendar below to view available shifts. If you are under the age of 14 and want to volunteer, a guardian or responsible adult must register to volunteer alongside you for the duration of the event. Please include first name and last name of the youth volunteer in the comments section at sign up. Volunteers are asked to stay until 2pm to assist with break down and cleanup of the event. In collaboration with Cradles to Crayons, volunteers needed to help donated clothing and toys for local partner agencies. Join us as we host pickleball activities for community members with disabilities. Cheer on the players, help guide participants, and have fun! No previous pickleball experience required.
