Interested volunteers must connect directly with the Marlins swim team before starting the online registration process. Note that all YMCA of Greater Brandywine swim team programs utilize VolunteerMatters to credential volunteers and Team Unify to manage volunteer event sign-ups. To learn more and for next steps, visit: ymcagbw.org/ymca-swim-team. Name badges and/or wrist band identification must be worn at all times while actively in a volunteer role. Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. All clothing must reflect the YMCA core values. Shirts must cover undergarments. Swimsuits may only be worn in the pool area. Sneakers or active footwear, as well as acceptable active attire, are required in the other areas of the facility.
