Oscar Lasko YMCA and Childcare Center
In-kind donations and volunteer support are needed to host our annual Thanksgiving meal for families participating in our programs. Click on the calendar below to sign up for a shift during the event, or click on the items listing below to donate to the meal. Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. All clothing must reflect the YMCA core values. Shirts must cover undergarments. Swimsuits may only be worn in the pool area. Sneakers or active footwear, as well as acceptable active attire, are required in the other areas of the facility.
How you can help:
Coatesville YMCA
In collaboration with Cradles to Crayons, volunteers needed to help donated clothing and toys for local partner agencies. If you are under the age of 12 and want to volunteer, a guardian or responsible adult must register to volunteer alongside you for the duration of the event. Please include first name and last name of the youth volunteer in the comments section at sign up. Brandy's pantry is open on Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about community and excited to help those in need. Click on the shifts below to schedule your shift. We are ideally looking for volunteers to help out on a consistent basis. This is a great opportunity to build leadership organizational skills. Join us this theater season as a volunteer! Volunteers assist with positions such as marketing and ticket sales, playbill distribution, concessions, set building, and backstage support. If your child is participating in show, we highly encourage you to get involved as a volunteer. Volunteers play an essential role in our performances each year. And it is so much fun! Please note: We do require additional clearances for parents serving as chaperones during performances. Join us this theater season as a volunteer! Volunteers assist with positions such as marketing and ticket sales, playbill distribution, concessions, set building, costumes, and backstage support. If your child is participating in show, we highly encourage you to get involved as a volunteer. Volunteers play an essential role in our performances each year. And it is so much fun! See below for the different positions available throughout the fall performance season. Volunteers are also needed on Sundays to help with painting, costume organization, and creation of decorations for the stage.
