Holiday Cheer at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine is a season of outreach to the community. In-kind donors collect items for local families in need of support during the holiday season. Our goal is to provide each household who applies to the program a complete Meal Kit and $25 retail gift card. Our goal is to provide each child with 3 new gifts based on the age range that the families provided in their application. Items will be picked up at the YMCA during the distribution event for registered families, followed by a community distribution of the final items while supplies last. We hope to support 1,000 households and 2,500 children this year. Click on the blue "volunteer" button to sign up to help distribute Meal Kits on November 19th and/or Gifts on December 17th to families who have applied to our program.
