Open Doors takes place on select Fridays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., is a recreational social night for adults with diverse abilities. The group participates in a variety of enriching activities at the Y and engaging field trips within the community. Meet friends, have fun, and develop a healthy active lifestyle, all while building confidence and self-esteem!
